Terms of Service for MOK Ads API

MOK Ads API, shown as 广告API in the Meta developer dashboard, is an internal business application used by authorized personnel to connect approved Meta platform assets with MOK advertising, reporting, Page publishing, product catalog, and social commerce workflows.

Users may use the application only for lawful business purposes and only for Meta assets they are authorized to manage.

• Do not access or attempt to access accounts, Pages, ad accounts, or data without permission.
• Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or prohibited content.
• Do not interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the service.
• Comply with Meta Platform Terms, advertising policies, and all applicable laws.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of product information, advertising content, images, copy, targeting, budget, and business decisions submitted or managed through the service. Users must keep their account credentials secure and notify us if unauthorized access is suspected.

Use of data received from Meta platform services is subject to our privacy policy and applicable Meta requirements. Users may review our privacy policy at /facebook/privacy-policy.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or business reasons. We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOK and 亦奇科技（广州）有限公司 are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, platform outages, third-party API changes, or user-submitted content.
